Fitness Centre: Classes

Men and women of all ages and abilities can participate in a variety of fitness and group exercise sessions at Esher Community Centre. Group exercise sessions are a terrific supplement to your workout if you've newly joined our club or want to try something new.

Our programmes provide you the opportunity to try a new type of exercise while being guided by a competent expert and benefiting from the encouragement that comes from working out with others. We provide something for everyone, whether it's an aqua class, cardio, dancing, holistic, or toning programme.
